The company is a cooperation between multiple companies with a long history in the motorcycle industry: the well known Italian brand L.E.M. (motorcycle helmets), the Spanish brand LUMA (motorcycle locks), the Spanish race motorcycle developer Inmotec and the award-winning product designer Dhemen (receiver of the Red Dot Award).
